How to vote in the 2026 RACGP President election

Voting for the next RACGP President opens at 12.00 pm AEST on Tuesday 11 August 2026 and closes at 12.00 pm AEST on Friday 21 August 2026. Eligible RACGP voters will receive an email containing their unique online voting link.

1. 1. Find your voting email
      Look for an email from the RACGP Returning Officer sent from: elections@racgp.org.au The email will contain your unique link to access the online ballot.
   2. Vote 1 Dr Ramya Raman
      Open your unique voting link and find Dr Ramya Raman on the ballot.
      Place 1 beside Dr Ramya Raman.
   3. Number every candidate
      The RACGP President election uses preferential voting. After placing 1 beside Dr Ramya Raman, number the remaining candidates in your preferred order. Please consider this step carefully.

   4. Submit your vote
      Review your preferences and submit your ballot before: 12.00 pm AEST, Friday 21 August 2026
